Youth Blast

Welcome to the website of Youth Blast: Finding Common Ground. Youth Blast is a collaborative project that seeks to address some of the social issues present in the Northern Suburbs of Darwin. Organisations collaborating on this project include Melaleuca Refugee Centre, Mission Australia Youth Initiatives, The SHAK and Energy Cruz (Red Cross), Multicultural Council of the Northern Territory, Multicultural Youth Council of the Northern Territory, Brown’s Mart Community Arts, and the Northern Territory Police. The project is funded by the Northern Territory Government. This web site will provide information on events as well as spaces for content contributed by project participants.
